MCL Team F1 Motorsport Paracord Buddy Keychain

Whilst the product itself is great the customer service is appalling. I ordered this and other items at the end of November as a Christmas present for my niece and nephew, thinking this should be plenty of time for it to arrive. I heard absolutely nothing from the company with no update as to when it would be dispatched. As Christmas approached I emailed them (as the only way to contact the company) to chase dispatch. I had no response. The product eventually arrived in early January, well after it was needed. During this time I had no communication whatsoever to explain the delay or give me an idea as to when it would arrive.
