Customer service
My experience with Bote was a fantastic customer support experience with the warranty service area. After suffering a side tube failure in my new kayak which sent me and my dog went swimming. I took pictures of the problem area and called the warranty department. I sent the photos and had an excellent experience with them. The warranty was approved quickly and efficiently. I was sent a new Bote kayak and am happy paddling again. Thanks for standing behind your products. I will buy again from this company
