Sailor Hocoro Dip Pen - White

love this thing. it is very low maintenence compared to other dip pens, and because it's skinny it's very easy to fit into small bottles and ink samples. it also cleans very easily despite being white. the fude nib is good for swatching and drawing

I am new to fountain pens and handwriting/calligraphy. I'm happy with the dip pen and wish I had gotten one sooner. The fude nib is nice. I need to learn how to take full advantage of it in the future. I may try some other nib sizes as well for funzies.

Pairing this with the Hocoro feed makes it the perfect tool for someone who 1) has a lot of ink samples laying around, 2) wants to cycle through a wide range of inks without needing a lot of pens, and 3) likes one-page journaling sessions. If this all applies to you, pick up this pen and the $3 feed. You won't regret it! The pen's design is clever (you can store your nib by clicking it in upside down) the pen itself is pleasant to look at (love the heart shape), and it feels nice to write with (lightweight and nicely tapered). I love Sailor nibs, particularly the slight feedback, so this is right up my alley, but YMMV. I really can't rave about this pen enough.
