Terrible Customer Service two pieces of glass got broken in transit and since we didn’t notify them within three days, they will not replace them even though it is either the glass company or the shipping companies fault. Apparently no matter how big of a problem looking at the Glass even if it’s a massive order, they won’t let you do it as you install. Find somebody else to buy your glass float from.

We used these panels with the side mounted spigots on our deck, so great that the view to the lake is uninterrupted. The items purchased were very well packaged in custom box and the install of nine panels was done in one day. Special shoutout to Shanaz in the sales office for help with order and custom piece. Highly recommended.
