Not real happy

I ordered 3 shirts all xx LG... When I received them, the tag said xx LG but the shirts were huge, more like a 4xx.... Now I have to return them. And can't reorder because your sizing is so way off, not sure what size to order that actually fit.... The hat was nice though.
