This is by far the best wrist guard on the market. The metal plate on both sides of the wrist prevents breaking it.

Wrist well protected

Fell wearing these pads and had no problems with wrist or hand. Dislocated a finger which sticks out because of the metal plates. More flexible options might be better if not jumping or falling at speed. Fingers heal faster than a wrist.
