I ordered a 1/2 inch and a 5/8 inch h unit, the 1/2” unit arrived first and works like a charm! The 5/8” unit arrived the next day and when it was hooked up, it appeared to have some damage to one of the parts. I took a video and some pics and immediately sent to NEOTEC. Very quickly I received a response, and review of my issue… End of story a replacement was sent and it works perfect. I’ll be buying one maybe two more of their products, and saying good bye to all the hoses scattered around my yard. PS: my wife likes it so much better than any hose management system we’ve ever had before! Happy wife… happy life!🤠
