Ordered 3 shirts only got 2

I like their products but I ordered 3 shirts and only received 2. The shipping slip was for 3 shirts, the delivery email was for 3 shirts. I called and they said it was on back order. Would have been nice to get an email telling me. Still have not received a email stating its on back order and will be getting soon.
