Saw the railing product on Wayfair. Ended up finding it on Amazon too. Ordered some extra parts, direct from CR to add additional middle bar over to the side wall - at the customers request. Turned out great, super strong, great product, customer loves it. Had great customer service too when looking for the correct components for the added middle bar! Great prices, fast delivery! I'd recommend it highly!

This company is amazing! The rails are great! The parts kit is amazing with everything you need to do a solid and professional installation. Most important is the incredible level of customer service. I messed up and lost some screws on the first rail. I called and spoke to a PERSON. The parts were delivered within a few days. With the second rail, I somehow threw out the entire hardware package. I was sent a whole new set without any questions asked. The service is absolutely second to none. I love these guys!!
