Rogers bbq ribs
This product is a great option to traditional bbq rub & sauce. I have now prepared pork fibs using both the Rosemary Maple Marinade and now the Maple BBQ sauce. Both came out great & both were made without a rub, just salt, pepper and sauce. I usually smoke 4 racks of ribs at a time to 165*-170* divide into a 2 serving size, vacuum seal & freeze. At mealtime I thaw then sous vide for 2 hours at 197* then serve.
The ribs come out perfect with just t the right amount of pull.
