Absolutely terrible customer service and attitude. I placed ab order for my husband’s birthday with plenty of time to receive the items. I got an email that they were damaged and discarded. 5 more times my order was resent and 5 more times damaged and i never got them. When I contacted koldkiss they would resend it but offered no reason as to why this kept happening and were very unprofessional and just told me to cancel my order and did nkt offer anyway to get my itsms

I ordered Fireball and when I went to sniff it since I love the smell of Cinnamon I was greeted with the smell of watermelon, and the taste of watermelon as well. There was no hint of cinnamon one bit. My hopes were crushed.

Our #1 flavor. Koldkiss is the best, great flavors, and great customer service. We sold out of this flavor a few times last season.
