To My Granddaughter - Personalized Beautiful Gift Set - SS458

I do love the necklace. I do not love or even like your customer service. I have tried calling and emailing to no avail. No one answers either the phone or email and in fact when I call I get "user busy" and a call back button. I pressed that button 942 times (by my phones count) in 45 minutes. And now when I get on the website to see why I have not received my last necklace, although I ordered 6 necklaces and a keyring, it won't even let me into my order. I have not received the last love knot and so I ordered a necklace from another site and received that one in one day! You see, I just couldn't figure out which granddaughter to leave out! So no, I do not recommend your website and would not order from you again. I would give you 0 stars for service if I could.
