The winder arrived on a timely basis and is currently working well. The proof of my satisfaction will be how is continues to perform after 1-2 years. My last winder from another manufacturer stopped working after 18 months and the company provided parts to repair it. After replacing the parts it worked for another few months and then stopped entirely. That's why I purchased one from Dukwin. Hopefully, I won't have the same experience.
