My Mom bought herself one and likes it so much that she sent me one. So far I'm enjoying the15-30 minutes of time to relax but it's too soon to notice any changes. Very easy to charge and use.

Item works but was missing a strap

The mask works fine as far as I can tell and it was boxed and packaged like it was new, but it is missing a strap that holds it to your face. I found this pretty weird since there are slots on the mask clearly made for a strap and the instructions given explain how to use the mask, along with the strap. I just assumed it would come with one and it doesn't.
