FOURTH TIME'S A CHARM!

Ok, this is a nice razor. I would describe it as more aggressive than average but can easily be used as a daily shaver. The handle is nice and long with a superb grip. The action to open/close the butterfly doors is very smooth. I did have several issues with this razor and that is partly because I am picky. The first one arrived and had a slight dent at the bottom of the handle, no big deal but I wanted it to look new. The second one arrived for a replacement and some of the finishing of the chrome was sub par. I noticed some bubbling of the chrome. I also sent that one back and received a third. The third razor was broken and unusable. I sent that one back and the fourth was a charm. A beautifully finished razor that shaves very well. So, despite some QC issues, it’s a nice razor. I would have subtracted two stars but I added another back because I am picky. Also, Brett was GREAT with his customer service. He took great care of me and was quick to resolve my issues. He also hooked me up with a free product for all of the issues. Overall, a good experience minus the bit of hassle getting a perfect razor.

Expectation Exceeded

The DE razor is well made, attractive, and is a moderately aggressive razor. Overall pleased with my first purchase from Mondial 1908.
