I LOVE this spray. It not only really helps relieve my menstrual cramps but it smells so good!! One bottle goes a long way. I love knowing that I can trust in the products that Primally Pure makes because they make them with intention to make the world a better place.

I’m really excited to use this during my cycle. I don’t get a lot of cramps but sometimes at night I feel bloated, it smells amazing! I put it right on my night stand so I don’t forget it during the time of the month.

Spread it on my abdomen to soothe menstrual cramps… Didn’t really notice the difference. Maybe a little bit? I still ended up taking midol. I will try it for other things, such as sleep, but does not work for what I intention intended it for.
