I love the content in this tonie but might be a little over the head of my newly 3 year old. I had hoped it would be a good choice like our beloved Bear sleepy tonie to get her to go to sleep but it's more a "getting ready for sleep" tonie and not going to sleep tonie. I think this will be great for her eventually to learn about big feelings and how to calm down though.
