Keeps beverages cold or hot for hours and is definitely leak proof. I love my Yeti and have many but I believe I am converting!!!

Great cup and customer service

Love the cup and design. I only had the cup for about 2 weeks and the cup slipped out of my hand while I was getting up from sitting on the ground. The top flap broke. I called them left a message and within a week I had a new lid! I mix my loaded teas in it and I give it a good shake and nothing drips out!
