Strings no longer come with sweatshirt

I was not happy that they are changing the style of the sweatshirt and not having the strings anymore. I was sent one with the holes for the strings but no strings. Like notify and let me know. I had to send a message and wasn’t offered an exchange or my money back.

Soft, Stylish, and Seriously Addictive!

My husband and I both got this hoodie in the green and we LOVE them! We love the relaxed fit and how soft they are. We each size down for a perfect fit. Ours always wash well and we hang them to dry and never have had an issue with shrinking or pilling. I will definitely order again!
