The product is good. Service by SimRacing Pro was horrible. I ordered this item which was listed as in stock and set to deliver in around a business week. After waiting for a month and a half with no communication from them, I finally got sick of waiting and emailed asking where my order was. Rather than just admit they messed up and didn’t action my order, they made up a story about the item actually just arriving at their warehouse that day and was shipping the next day. Wow! What a coincidence! That is a such a great way of losing trust of your customers. Do better.

Works as intended, added a shifter to this mount and works really good.
