My kids love it and it came with extra velcro strips for the pieces. Did take some time to get everything ready and set up. I also wish there was a better way to store the pieces. I used ziploc bags to keep them organized but its hard to fit it all into the designated zipper pocket.

I emailed the company twice and they never responded. Pieces do not even stay Velcro on the moment you flip a page or close the book. Everything falls out I went as far to buy new Velcro from Amazon and still whatever felt pages they use. Velcro does not stick to.
