Spiffy Leggings Pattern, Regular & Cuff Leggings

Loved these little leggings! So easy to stitch up.

The Spiffy legging is my granddaughter's #1 essential wardrobe piece. She wears these three seasons out of four either paired with a dress or a Hearty/Jelly/Swank top. They are not too loose or too tight. There are no side seams. Sew up the back and front center seams, add a cuff or just hem, turn down the waist to form a band, add elastic and you are done in less than an hour from cut out to completed legging. The easy instructions show you how to increase the width/length if needed. I also make these for my littlest grandsons usually less than a year.
