The Kawaii Fun dress is the perfect dress for warm weather. It is easy to sew up and has a great tutorial complete with pictures. My granddaughter loves the frilly flutter sleeves. To extend the wearing season I often make a Jelly shirt for underneath or just mash the Kawaii Fun dress pattern with the sleeves from the Jelly shirt. I pair the dress with the TeaTime bloomers underneath.
