Swank Pants & Shorts Pattern

This pattern is fairly simple. It's nice to have more options for boys that don't all look the same. Though these would work for girls too. They are a little different than most of my other patterns. They can be casual or dressy, so I like that too.

I love that this pattern is so versatile. It can be sewn in a woven or knit fabric, dressy or casual. I have sewn several in a black linen to be worn as a ring bearer in weddings. It is the best pattern for "big boy" jeans sewn with a stretch denim and top stitched in gold thread. The shorts can also be dressy or casual. My grandsons love the pockets and how comfortable they are. It sews up pretty quickly with easy to follow instructions.
