Thick Oak Floating Shelf with Rounded Corners

Sturdy, well-constructed, exactly as ordered.

Wanted a custom floating shelf for a new TV/Soundbar setup in our living room. Installation and hardware went flawlessly. It was perfectly level on the first attempt, no front dipping despite a weighty soundbar. Also bought four smaller versions of the same shelves yet to be installed. Overall, more expensive than an off-the-rack shelf solution from big box website, but very much worth the quality.

Curved floating shelves

I was very pleased with the curved floating shelves that were delivered, installation had great instructions, and the shelves were as described. This is not Nook's issue, but the shelves were more red in appearance than I expected, this was described online so not the fault of Nook. I sanded and applied Boma red out, and got them to the desired color, to match my vanity that was close by and am so happy with the results. I would use Nook again if I need more shelves, the experience was great!

Dining Room Upgrade

From ordering online to receipt of my shelving, the process was smooth and straightforward. Also, the shelving was competitively priced. The quality of the milling was outstanding and I would not hesitate to use NookWoodworking for my next project.
