Great Little Everyday Indian Masalas Cookbook

Was so excited I made the Goan Chicken Curry right away with Goan Masala. Used some variation in vegetables with what I had in the fridge. Made the Kashmiri Curry this week. Their single source spices are “top shelf” and I recommend buying them and the cookbook.
