The font advertised was not the font I got for my necklace. Name hard to read

i ordered this necklace over 2 months ago for my boyfriend and i’s one year. i still haven’t received it and it’s way past our one year. i also paid extra for 3-5 buisness day shipping. i have emailed them several times and all i get is a animated email back which i understand but i want my money back.
