Delivery policies need improvement

You need to offer overnight delivery. If you're unwilling to offer it directly, at least configure your system so the customer can pay to upgrade shipping. Offloading fulfillment to third-party Amazon logistics might protect your bottom line with cheaper rates, but it leaves customers stranded dealing with unreliable delivery services when timing matters.

I wish the keys had less of a gap between them, and had softer actuation. The after-touch is nice though since the keys have a clicky interaction, its easy to overdo the after-touch since you already need a bit of force to play the note. Otherwise a really slick product, i wish more brands made low profile keyboards like this.
