Awesome, but Broken

The rims are without question pretty awesome. And I've made a few purchases from this company andhave always been satisfied and had no issues. But upon receiving this particular set, one of the rims was slightly broken. While I don't blame the company for selling bad products, Ifeel as though this is a very isolated occurrence and I'm hoping I can get a replacement for the single rim. Even with that, I still would and actually plan to order more sets from them.
