Best kneepads I’ve ever worn can wear them on skin. It has the grip pad on the top that is like a stay up stocking so it can also group to tights. Obviously you can’t grip the pole with them bar that they are the best thing ever. I now have two pairs.

These are my FAV knee pads ever!! I love that they’re not big and bulky, they’re super soft but provide amazing protection!! I have super thin skin so these have been amazing! My old ones were so bulky and uncomfortable! I’m so happy!
