Disappointed, I thought it was infrared light… But it’s just infrared heat. After all of the diligence I put into searching for a sauna, I am extremely disappointed that I did not catch this. Their return policy sucks… After shipping and a restocking fee it would be a total waste. That being said it’s very relaxing and I’m sure it’s also therapeutic.
