Instructions are not great, for the options on the device there isn’t corresponding instructions. Tried it once but not sure if using correctly, also you are recommend to buy gel to use with it on certain setting but no help on what to get.

What a scam! EMS is so weak even with gel that you can barely feel it on highest intensity. Does not contract muscles! Asked for a return & refund but can’t if “used, packages opened”! DONOT Waste your money on this. Dissatisfied user.
