Love this mix and the flavor

I love the flavor of this but I alsoreally like being able to mix my own gels to the consistency and/or calorie density I want. Very happy with all the Flow Formula products I use.

I love the taste and the effectiveness of the rainbow fruit blast gel mix. Partnering it with the gel flask allows a trash free solution for energy gel consumption during races and training. No more moldy old gel packets in my racing bag or in my jersey pockets. And no more rot gut which is common with other brands of gels.

I was a bit concerned with using a Gel Mix vs buying premade disposable pouches as usual, but this was so simple and easy. I absolutely love the flavor, consistency, along with the easy to use 50ml flask. This was also my first time using a carb mix which brought on alittle anxiety potential with stomach issues; but I had zero. Just clean, pure, tasty energy !! I would highly recommend this product to anyone with a sensitive stomach, new to high carb supplements, and wants to help reduce waste ♻️
