Perfect fun skort

Very cute! I’ve got about 17 of their skirts and still never know which size to buy! Got 3 mediums this week thinking I’ve got “my winter coat” on now but all 3 mediums and the others I have are too big around waist & sale off when I wear tights underneath, but I always worry the smalls are too tight.? They’re sure comfy! They’re even cuter when you get them on clearance/mark down!
