It leaks - updated

Just opened up my new sup for ndw and used the electric pump I bought with them from same manufacturer and the first one leaks. Pumping up the second one to see if it holds air now. Really disappointing. Wow what great customer service. The owner Joe called me up with 20 mins on a holiday weekend to walk me through a quick fix ( tightening the value with the provided wrench) and I was out on the water in no time. Thank you sir !!

Incredible Paddleboard

Easy ordering process. The board compacts down and comes with a travel bag. Stoked to take this epic paddle board everywhere!!! Its so stable on the water!

The most versatile, fast, and beautifully designed paddle board I've ever had!

Obsessed with this board! I take it every trip I go! First off, I love all the accessories that come with it. The design was so well thought through! From the wheeled carry backpack, to the strap and hooks for ease of carry once the board is inflated, to the toolless fin, I am truly just beyond pleased. And the colors are beautiful. As far as how it handles on the water, I am not a very strong female, and I was faster than my muscular male friend! There's no other doubt that the only reason this could be contributed to other than our boards. We also hit another lake, but this time with both of us on my Podium (we were too lazy to inflate both boards, so we just did mine). Our combined weight was just at or a bit over 300 lbs, and the board handled great still (obviously slower). It was still very stable and smooth. Safe to say this might be my forever paddleboard :-D
