Horrible customer service. Takes too long to respond to inquiries and took almost two months to ship products. Selling items that are out of stock and emailing customers with a shipping confirmation is super shady. I disputed the charge and magically my items show up on the doorstep. I refused the package, I don’t appreciate the run around and will never be purchasing from Genki again.
