Very happy with the product and this company's customer service. After placing my order I got an email stating that the one I had ordered was out of stock but would be in and ready to ship in about a month. I could have waited on this particular project, but the diameter I ordered wasn't crucial so I emailed back with a few other model numbers that would work for me to see if any of those were in stock. One that wasn't very different in size was in stock and the same price so they swapped it for me and shipped it that day. Once it was here the install was very easy and it performs exactly as I need it to. Turning one of my large pantry shelves into a rotating lazy susan shelf. They definitely turn better with more weight on them, which makes sense being rated for 500lbs. When I first got it mounted on my disc and gave it a test spin it was a little rough. But once in the pantry with a bunch of cans and jars on it it spins just fine. Very low profile is nice and the large range of diameters should make finding something for every project easy.
