TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
ordered curtains, they arrived late, had to folllow up, which was fine. By the time they arrived I was away for work and when I got back opened one packet to note unfortunately that they were the wrong colour. Sent an email asking if I could please return and was told TOO BAD SO SAD outside policy window no return or exchange for you !!! So brand new curtains here, unopened except for one pack to look at colour. Cannot use. Disgusting service, terrible atttitude. Refused to provide complaints address or even speak to me about an exchange. AWFUL COMPANY BUY ELSEWHERE
