It broke when I tried to extend them. Not worth it.

First, let me just say that the two stars I am giving to these earmuffs are not reflective of the product itself. The muffs are super cute and comfortable to wear, and they’re the only reason why I’m not giving a one star review. To the management behind BasuraGang, you need to work on how you communicate to your paying customers about any updates and delays on your orders. I shouldn’t have to email you more than 3 months after my initial order submission to beg for updates on my order. I even asked for a refund and that was denied with a message that essentially said, “trust us bro, you’ll get your order soon :3”. To wait nearly 5 months for an order that I should’ve received no more than 4 months ago as a domestic customer is absolutely insane and unprofessional. You need to beef up your customer service and logistical planning before you start accepting new orders. Also, not even a printed receipt, business card, or freebie for my wait ?? Never buying anything from here again.

It’s super cute and I love the way it fits. The headband is also very adjustable so it should definitely fit most heads.
