Keystone Swivel Counter & Bar Stool

Great product, terrible service

I purchased two of these stools for my newly designed kitchen. Sadly one arrived with a shattered leg. But the second stool looks great and is very comfortable. It has a nice weight and sturdy structure. Seat is comfortable and swivel feature is very helpful. Unfortunately the customer service related to the broken stool has been a disaster. While they quickly agreed to replace the broken stool at no cost they began to ship me the wrong stool. Once I alerted them to the error they recalled the stool and promised to send another. The kicker is it will take eight weeks to get it here leaving me with one stool til close to Thanksgiving. My original order was made in early July. Not sure I’d recommend them to others.

Better than expected!

These stools are comfortable, gorgeous, unique and high quality. Love the 360 swivel. They came on the earlier ended of window and were packed to perfection.
