New Favorite Morning Routine
This is the best homemade chai out there! I usually make 1.5 x what the recipe calls for and save half in the fridge for the next morning. Makes the house smell lovely too!

I've tried A LOT of chai mixes, and except for one I found back in Australia that I can't source from here, I haven't found any I liked straight out of the bag - until this one!! Usually, chai mixes taste out of balance to me, but these guys are smart - they kept the ginger out and the cardamom forward and created a smooth drink that doesn't need any additions! If I'm feeling it, I'll grate in some fresh ginger, but rarely. I've order dozens of these little bags so far and look forward to bulk bags in the future (please? :D)!!
