This pimento cheese is amazing!! The flavor is so lovely and rich and a bit spicy. It's actually better than regular dairy pimento cheese. I love that it's made from nuts and provides a protein rich, healthy snack!

I've used it as a chip dip, as a sandwich spread, and swirled into bean soup to take it to another level, and all applications have been absolutely delicious!
