The sizes are not ideally described. The belly part of it is fab, but the thigh is smaller, tighter and creates a mark that can been see thought trousers and dresses.

These work!
Used both the shorties and the band during my first pregnancy and was relieved that I did not get a single stretch mark! The benefit of the shorties is that the band would sometimes gather at the bottom and dig in. Only complaint with the shorties is that the pads came off on the bum
