Wine Barrel Aged Tanzania

I brewed this as a pour-over and it turned out excellent. The coffee was smooth, clean, and well-balanced, with the wine barrel aging adding a subtle complexity without overpowering the natural flavors.

I love the way the red wine flavor hits at the beginning and mellows out with that wonderful coffee that is neither bitter nor too acidic. Great stuff.

The flavor of this coffee is unreal! Can really taste the fruity notes.
