I love them, when I wear them just as it’s getting dark it’s like my brain automatically shifts into rest/sleep mode after wearing them for like 10 minutes. I used to just scroll on my phone waiting to feel sleepy, but these have changed that massively for me.

Great, would recommend. truly. Go for a shape that covers a lot of your vision if possible, my ones let a little bit of normal light in the sides but that's on me for choosing the circular ones. great value and product. also look cool in my opinion.
