I am disappointed by how misleading this listing is. I purchased 40 pieces of these tape-in hair extensions for about $407, and the listing did not clearly explain the relationship between pieces, packs, and grams. The images show 1 Pack (10–12.5g), 2 Packs (20–25g), 4 Packs (40–50g), and 8 Packs (80–100g). However, the 8-pack image appears to show multiple individual pieces bundled together, creating a misleading impression about the amount of hair being sold. Only in smaller text does the listing explain that 1 pack = 5 pieces and each piece = 2.5g, meaning 40 pieces = 100g according to the seller’s formula. That was not clear enough before purchase. For a purchase over $400, the listing should clearly state whether buyers are purchasing by piece or pack, how many pieces are in each pack, and the exact total weight before checkout. I would not have purchased if this had been presented clearly.
