Cilla lace-up boot

Nice boots, bad customer service.

I am a big fan of Palmroth shoes. Through the years I had at least three pairs of boots one after another and I've been wearing them for years. Cilla boots are nice and up to Palmroth standards. But I wouldn't recommend if the case is delivery out of Finland.I ordered them online and it took quite some time to receive them. Then unfortunately they ran a bit smaller than size so I contacted the email noted on webpage with a question for the refund policy. I sent the email on 18 November and so far not a word. Obviously, I will keep my boots with the hope that they will stretch a little. But it looks like I will not use them with the intensity and great pleasure as like my previous Palmroth boots.

Pari pettymystä: minulle kerrottiin, että kengät tulevat pikaisesti. Odotin niitä neljä päivää + viikonlopun. Toinen ongelma: toiseen kenkään on jäänyt vahva lanka nilkan ja pohjan välille. Kun kenkää laittaa jalkaan, niin lanka tarttuu aina varpaisiin. Palauttamaan en ole ehtinyt, mutta ongelma pitäisi ratkaista?

En olisi voinut uskoa, että samassa kengässä voi yhdistyä vegaanisuus, kotimaisuus, pieni koko, kaunis ulkonäkö ja hyvä kävelytuntuma!
