Product seems ok, but the person I spoke with when UPS sent the package to Kansas City, about an hour north of me, to Minnesota, then back to KC, was short, rude and pretty defensive about having no control over UPS. Between that and the product not working as well as I'd hoped, I won't likely shop here again.

My office loves this stuff! the SB team is amazing as well and super helpful and responsive. They even threw in some hanging air fresheners free of charge :)
