My smoked kahawai was the the best smoked fish I have ever had. It was fresh, perfectly smoked and still juicy.While the fillets were not big, they were very thick. I made two family meals from this fish as well as the bits I could not resist picking off each time I opened the fridge. Not bad for an outlay of $15.00. A very special treat that I will definitely order again.
