I bought the cheap one rod is way to flexible for for fishing saltwater and battery life is short must charge after 8 hrs of fishing

Best hand down

Both rods preformed amazing. The verist rod was fun jigging up to 20oz in 700-800ft. The gulf cost rod handled lead from 1lb up to 48oz up to 900ft with no issues.
